Vaclav Havel in Mogilev. Political scientists and public activists discussed the lessons of the "Prague Spring"

On May 11, 2018 in Mogilev, the "Kola" Center held a public discussion "Prague Spring 1968. Vaclav Havel and the Determinant Power of Moral Choice for Democracy and Europe." Speakers included Pavel Buček (Deputy Ambassador of the Czech Republic in Belarus), Ales Lagvinets ("Dzeja") and Piotr Rudkouski (BISS). The meeting was timed to coincide with the Day of Europe (May 9) and had the character of discussing and comparing the experience of Belarus and the Czech Republic.
 
The event was organized by the Embassy of the Czech Republic, the public movement "Dzeja" and BISS.
